Paddle Board Yoga

Join Natalie for a fun, laid back introduction to paddle board yoga!

It's okay if you've never tried paddle boarding OR yoga! Our SUP yoga class is perfect for the complete beginner to both. It's gentle introduction in a casual setting and our routine is perfect for people who are just trying it out, AND yogis who are ready to take it to the next level. Everyone is invited to try out a class, or join as a member and take part in our twice monthly classes! All of your gear will be provided - just bring plenty of water!

Class: $25 /person

Membership: $200 (2 classes a month May - September)

Classes are every other Sunday at 10 AM & 1 PM
